In addition, countries around the world are racing to secure a variety of plant species called "Seed Warfare", preservation of plant species is also a matter that must be solved at the national level. 

It was created so that we can enjoy nature as much as possible without excluding artificiality as much as possible. We want to reproduce scenery of beautiful home by keeping dirt road without spreading that common asphalt road. Our naturalism will provide the visitors with the comforts of a family and a lover.

As a result of systematic collection and proliferation of endangered plants in order to secure stable species of endangered species that can not survive in the habitat environment due to human factors such as habitat destruction, overfishing, climate change and ecosystem imbalance, we has been designated as a "non-habitat conservation agency" for 6 species[Astilboides tabularis, Rhodo-dendron aureum, Aster altaicus var.uchiyamaed, Cicutavirosa, Menyanthes trifoliata, Eleutherococcus senticosus].

In addition, the Pyonggang Botanical Garden has created the "largest rocky mountain in the East" by utilizing the climatic characteristics and special soil technology located in the northernmost part of the Republic of Korea. In addition to the peak of Mt. Paektu, Mt. Halla and Mt. Sorak, and more than 2,500m above sea level like Rocky, Himalaya and Alps We have more than 1,000 rare alpine plants that grow only in high mountains.

ㆍAdmission fee is not refundable in the occurrence of rain.

ㆍRe-entry is not available during the same day.

ㆍThe garden is not liable for loss and damage of tickets, you belongings or physical injuries caused by personal mistakes and carelessness.

ㆍPrior reservation is required for the discount of a group of more than 30 persons.
